We are an independent studio offering mobile, H5/WebGL, and live-ops game development, design, and backend services. The website is for informational and marketing purposes. Paid engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement that we sign with each client and that controls in case of conflict with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into these Terms. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement and, if you act on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

"Thang FunGames" and the green frog logo are trademarks of Thang FunGames LLC. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is allocated in the relevant Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of any deliverable.
If you send us a brief, idea, or other material via our contact form or by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. You confirm that you have the right to share that material with us.
Estimates and proposals shared during sales discussions are non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. No information on the website constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms.
